Remember I feel your pain - Bill Clintons plaintive response to the woes of Middle America turned into a signature line for his administration, which became a cliché in American politics?
Every politician wanted to connect to the pain of Americans, even in good economic times, and especially during and after the Great Recession. The biggest political attack against Mitt Romney in the 2012 presidential election related to the exposure of his remarks about the 47 percent and how out of touch it made the wealthy Republican nominee to the plight of the struggling working classes.
That was then this is now. Instead of feeling your pain, Harry Reid stood on the Senate floor to tell millions of Americans impacted by skyrocketing premiums, incompetent administration, and policy cancellations from the implementation of the Affordable Care Act that they dont really feel pain at all.
Democrats find themselves hammered by an avalanche of data and personal anecdotes that demonstrate the damage done by Obamacare. Instead of addressing those which granted, would take most of the time between now and the midterm elections the Senate Majority Leader angrily dismissed all such information as untrue.

Like who CARES what it was intended for; now it’s a cornucopia of such wonder that only the uncouth would dare to complain about it.
And the body politic will get away with such baloney until someone cares deeply and stubbornly about truth enough to call out these lies.
Our system is so corrupt they can all get away with anything if they don’t cause too much of a stir. And the longer it goes on, the more they can get away with.
I was watching a documentary on the Hell’s Angels last night. Even THEY have politicians in their pockets.
There’s a Haiku hidden in there someplace!
I’d almost as soon HAVE a government of Hells Angels (no apostrophe) — that’s how bad it has gotten. In spite of the name, they aren’t down on Christianity by policy.
...bet Chris Matthews though getting a tingle for Debbie Dingell...
I hate long drawn out posts .. Thanks.
Someone “worked like a water buffalo” (they don’t use work horses a lot in China) to produce this one.
What a mockery.
And... now the slogan will be “A Harley in every garage.”
(We need some comic relief today. Look at the ridiculous stuff that is being taken dead seriously.)
It’s a classic case of ‘cornered rat’ syndrome.
There’s a lot of it going around in CONgre$$.
HARRY REID IS A LIAR
Harry Lied..Stinky Tourists Cried!!
I’m outraged about Gary Peters here in Texas. What an A*hole. He must have had the DNC approval since Reid said the same things.
It's a huge sign of desperation. Not just from Reid but the Democratic party and the left and the media(all one in the same).
The truth is too much for them to face so their claim that what's really going on with ObamaCare isn't true is not only a sign of panic but also a psychological protection mechanism. Their minds, in order to protect themselves from the painful truth, are creating an alternative reality for them
Can we start dubbing this as the Democrat’s “War Against the Ill”?
The best part is the fact that the democrat running for governor was also a vote for Obamacare during his single term in congress.
And watch out when they are backed into a corner. They’ll, lie, cheat and steal in order to win. Because in their corrupted minds, the end justifies the means.
My Medicare heart medicine went up from $50.00
to $77.00 a month, January 1st because of obamacare.I believe that is a 50% increase.
That is $25.00 less spent in the economy.
That is a new tax of $440,162,975.00 on the middle class.
Pelosi’s DNA will match a few Mafia thugs back on the East Coast.
She and her husband have a lot of shady business deals and land deals in California.
I had/have the feeling that she backed off the waterboarding after seeing the file on she and her husband.

No one really wants to address the negative impact on our economy re what happened to you and millions of us.
Throw in higher premiums, higher deductibles and other out of pocket medical expenses. You end up with a lot of money not going into the overall economy.
A suggestion re your rx. Check with Costco and Walmart to see what their prices are. Often they are considerably cheaper.
Also do a Google check on your drug and your zip code for the prices of your drug. Often those Google searches will
include a free RX card and a special deal for your rx.
Our RX plan dropped coverage for Voltarin Gel, which I use on my post surgery foot. Instead of $50+ for this drug, I used one of the discount coupons from RX plans tha Google provided. I printed out several offers. The Walmart Pharmacist picked the best, and I only pay $15 per tube.
Take some time and find out which Pharmacy or RX plan gives you the best price for each drug. Our RX plan for my wife is the best for 3 name brand drugs, and she gets a better price for 2 drugs at Walmart. I now get two drugs at a better price at Walmart than with our plan, and as noted a good price on the Voltaren Gel with that card.
