No document signed under duress has legal validity.

No rational person would say that agreeing to surrender one’s First Amendment Rights while under the threat of having everything you own seized was anything but duress.

The courts would cheerfully enforce it though. (Lawyers and judges have assets too!)

Good luck even hiring a lawyer when the IRS has confiscated every dime you have, padlocked your business, and is holding every asset pending the outcome of your IRS trial, in IRS court, with an IRS judge...

First action of the Repub President is by precident set by Barry is to abollish the IRS by executive order. Ridding the country of the IRS would ne a great step towards freedom.
