We have Time Warner Cable here... They are SO PITIFUL
I've had TW cable & internet for 12-15 years (Rochester, NY) and I have zero complaints.
I think their pricing sucks, but I've never had a problem with phone calls, service calls, problem resolution, downtime, etc.

Since TWC has taken over here... about a year ago... our service has gone STRAIGHT DOWNHILL. We have to manually re-set our DVR’s about every 3 days.... that is, until two weeks ago, when they quit working altogether.

I’ve been waiting TWO WEEKS for a service person to come look at the three DVR’s... for which, I am paying $38 per month... NO Recording during this Olympics is killing me. Plus, I’ve missed the last two Downton Abbey’s

Insight sucked... but, at least.. they got service people here quickly.
