PORTLAND, Ore. – You already know the process that led to the failed rollout of the Cover Oregon website was bad.
But was it criminally bad?
Former Republican state Rep. Patrick Sheehan told the KATU Investigators he went to the FBI in December 2012 with allegations that Cover Oregon project managers initiated the design of dummy web pages to convince the federal government the project was further along than it actually was.
If Sheehan’s allegations are true, those managers could face time in jail for fraud.

My “former” in-laws were much the same. They also thought it was just fine to Lie, cheat and steal as long as they didn’t get ‘caught’ at it.
I’m also pleased to say that several of them are now in jail doing serious time for having those sorts of ethics. Thank god above that they are now “Former” in-laws.

The accusation is they lied about the condition of the process of the development of the webpage in order to continue funding subsidy.
My bet is, they did just that. False proof of performance.

If any corportation lied to the public like Herr Obozomeister and his fellow key members of the Unaffordable Care Act has, the SEC/AJ/FBI and probably NSA would investigate them criminal actions/lies and fraud and put them in jail for a long time.
The Unaffordable Care Act is a huge criminal fraud action foisted on Americans by Herr Obozomeister and his fellow fascists.
Trouble is… There aren’t enough jails to hold all of ‘em and even if there were, the wardens would just coddle all of ‘em till the cows came home or the end of time, whichever came first!!!
