Ryan and Cantor are pushing amnesty along with the Zuckerberg commercials that are now running.

“Ryan and Cantor are pushing amnesty”

A sure fire way to become a permanent minority.

I used to think Cantor was OK. Now he makes me cringe listening to him. On top of that IMHO he has a monotone voice.

I really wish that the GOP congress critters would replace those currently in the leadership positions. Gohmert, Cruz, Lee, Scott, Marsha Blackburn, etc. We have some very good conservatives in the House and Senate that are very articulate and nice looking (don’t mean to be petty or quote Biden, but as you all know, some people vote on “looks”). McCain and Mitch have a face for radio, while the ones I mentioned above have TV faces.

Ryan and Cantor are pushing amnesty...

Even from a purely political standpoint this makes no sense. None at all.

The Dumbocrats are on the ropes because of 0bamacare. If the GOP plays their cards right, they will wipe them out in both Houses and gain some genuine control.

If "immigration reform" is so important, why is it so important to do it this year? Why not wait until next year when you can get your own bill through both Houses without having to be bullied by Hairy Reid, agreeing to their agenda, and letting them get all the political credit just in time for the elections?

An added bonus to not doing it this year is you're not alienating your own base just before an election, threatening your own survival as a political party, your control of the House, and blowing a chance for massive victory in the Senate.

Like I say, it makes no sense whatsoever from any reasonable political, personal, or policy standpoint.

One would have to be dumber than a bag of hammers to do this - or on the take... or being massively blackmailed by "somebody".

We all know there aren't any adults left in the Donk Party. But aren't there at least a few in any leadership positions in the Stupid Party - or has the entire political establishment gone stark raving mad on loco weed and are intent on stampeding the entire country over the cliff along with themselves?
