D'Souza could stay out of jail, if a free foreign country would accept an application for political asylum from him. Perhaps India will be kind enough to accept him back, this time as a refugee.
The only domestic security measure that conservatives should have supported after 9-11, is airliner cockpit doors made of steel. Americans have become like Esau in the Bible. Esau traded his birth right as first-born son, in exchange for a bowl of beans.
If India will be the next America, America will be the next Cuba.
