Well, here's the reason:
High college tuition, including grant/scholarship money (tax payer dollars) + More college students = Millions $$$$ for communist teachers and their unions who donate to DEMOCRAT CAMPAIGNS. It's the same 'ol money laundering routine the Democrats excel at.
Also, since communists control our educational system this ensures indoctrination of students into the Democrat party is firmly entrenched.
