President Obama made a rather sweeping statement in his weekly address as his administration launches the White House Task Force on Protecting Students from Sexual Assault. In a show of support to victims of assault, the president said:
To anyone out there who has ever been assaulted: You are not alone. We have your back. I’ve got your back.

In his weekly address, President Obama said that the Administration has taken another important step to protect women at college by establishing the White House Task Force on Protecting Students from Sexual Assault. An estimated 1 in 5 women is sexually assaulted at college, and the President said that we will keep taking actions like strengthening the criminal justice system, reaching out to survivors, and changing social norms so that all Americans can feel safe and protected as they pursue their own piece of the American dream.

If you really had our back, you’d have a mandate that every woman have a concealed carry permit, a gun and training on how to use it.
My first thought also. Obama might have our @$$ but he doesn’t have our backs. The boy needs to knock it off with his phony, macho tough guy act. He’s FOS.

If you are thinking you are going to be assaulted on campus, don't take a weapon to defend yourself. Instead, wait until you are being assaulted, then proceed to one of the emergency poles on campus to notify authorities. Please wait by the pole for the authorities to contact you and investigate.
For Obama to use that overused phrase “I’ve got your back” in this context is inappropriate on many different levels.
Right, as in I’ve got my hand on your back in preparation for the old heave ho.
He has never to my knowledge genuinely helped one of his subjects. Subjugation and dependency is not helping. Smoke and mirrors and double speak.

There are 4,409 degree granting institution in the USA, 19.7 million students, 56 % are women...
So the new White House Task Force on Protecting Students from Sexual Assault are going to protect 11 million women at 4,409 schools...
That doesn't include all the gay men and transgender freaks

Victimhood = more Democrat voters. Beat that drum Mr Obama! High unemployment? “You didn’t build that!” says the President, so lets extend unemployment while making the illegal immigrants legal to work for all of those jobs!
Mr Obama wants to change social norms, yet willfully ignores that part of this ‘Assault’ problem might be because women now exceed 50% of the college student population. Anybody take a look at some of the most publicized college assault cases recently? Is there any significant statistical match in the persons doing the assaults?
