When you forcibly replace what works (traditional marriage and family) with a COUNTERFEIT (ALL liberal-progressive replacements for said marriage and family) then THIS is what we get. Endless courtrooms filled with the tragedy that is todays counterfeit masquerading as family seeking judges to render decisions causing heartache and pain to untold numbers of children who will grow up not knowing what a family is and all of society suffering the consequences of what in the end is pure selfishness.
I say no taxation without representation. This amounts to private welfare and child exploitation. But since it starts with the ludicrous claims of 2 lesbian mothers, what else can we expect.

And I have sort of following this but I’m assuming that the courts did not require the “partner” to pay child support to the bio mom. I had a similar case where the partner was allowed visitation but it was generally acknowledged that she had no obligation to pay support.

The question is also if a guy abandons a child, he basically is a polluter and not a genuine productor of society. frankly being a mere unfruitful selfish homosexual should warrant fines too then as a result.

What about cases where an unmarried woman chooses to give her baby up for adoption. She is able to completely escape all parental responsibilities with the stroke of a pen.
On the other hand, if she so chooses, she can keep the baby, choose not to work and receive public assistance and hefty child support payments from the biological father.
It is perfectly legal for the woman to not lift a finger to earn money to support the child, but if the man, despite his best efforts, falls behind in his slut support (I mean child support) payments he can face all sorts of penalties including losing his drivers license, and being incarcerated.
She could also choose to legally murder the baby in the womb and the father would have no say in the matter.
When it comes to children, women have all the rights and no responsibilities and men have practically no rights and all of the responsibilities.

From what I've read, yes. The claim comes from the child, and how the mother got pregnant has no bearing, as this case points out.
If your housecleaner finds a used condom in your bathroom wastebasket, and decides to make you a sperm donor without your consent, then you are still liable.
This brings to mind a story which I found amusing. A guy suspected that his girlfriend was trying to get pregnant by taking his used condom and inserting it when she went to the bathroom after sex. So he decided to keep a small bottle of hot sauce in his pocket. After sex, he rinsed out the condom and put some hot sauce in. When he heard screaming coming from the bathroom, he quickly finished getting dressed and left.
Questions for down the road:
Is his name on the BC? Yes or No he still pays!!! For historic reasons!

If in his progeny there is Males and Females and they were to unknowingly
mate, the results would be?
