I believe her husband requested such an order, then withdrew the request before the judge ruled on it.

There's a scan of the signed TRO at the source. However, people need to be aware that these forms include things like that alcohol and drugs clause as standard, all-purpose language. Only the specific things such as street addresses and vehicle descriptions are tailored. This isn't necessarily a "smoking gun" pointing to drug or alcohol abuse.

I misunderstood an earlier article, which was where the remark about the order being withdrawn came from. My apologies.

But the evidence you and others provide indicate, to me at least, that this is a very bad peg to hang a hat on.

Much better is the fact that she did not bother to get custody of her daughter.

As a Texan I can tell you that her most damaging acts was that she abandon her children. She voluntarily gave up custody of her children because “it wasn’t convenient” at the time. This added to the initial filing alleging adultery. The long and short of this when the fat lady sings...Texans will come to realize she is a tramp who gave up her children to further her career. That don’t play well here...
