Discussion thread: Who should deliver the GOP response to the State of the Union?

Obama will deliver yet another boring, adversarial, political speech next Tuesday..a.k.a The State of the Union Address to Congress (though since he's recently told us that he has a phone, and a pen, and doesn't need Congress for jack..maybe he'll boycott it.) John Boehner and Mitch McConnell in consultation with others, will decide who gives the Republican response. So, the question is, who would you like to see respondng to Zero?

His voice is weak, his personality is weak.
In terms of being a fighter, which is what America needs at this time, he’s weak.
Essentially, he too soft spoken, he will be eaten alive, and there won’t be a thing he can do to stop it.
He also does not support the 2nd Amendment, so he’s a non-starter for me.
