Basically, he said that doctors won’t try quite as hard to save your life in some circumstances if they think the benefits of harvesting your organs outweigh the time, the cost and the odds of survival if they render treatment to fix catastrophic injuries.

As you noted in your first reply, this is really a grey area re treatment, morality and ethics for doctors, nurses and other health care employees.
