It’s really not over. They just came out yesterday and said pregnant women shouldn’t drink the water yet and that set off a fire storm. The powers that be said it was just, “an abundance of caution”, but folks are spooked and I’m still drinking from my preps. More than 100 folks have been hospitalized with symptoms in the last 2 days after the water ban was lifted, so things are still going south. The secretary of state is prosecuting dozens of businesses for “price gouging” in the wake of the emergency and the FEMA folks are still poking around. Senator Manchin (former Gov) and Rep. Shelley Moore Capito (running for Senate) are “demanding answers” about what’s really going on.

As for the family court Judge, ticking her off is not in my best interests since she’ll ultimately decide Michael’s fate, but, after four year’s and a Circuit court ruling it’s time to hit the reset button and stop trying to redo false allegations from my ex. The Writ of Prohibition stops the Judge from her do-over and drags her into Circuit Court to answer to a higher Judge for ignoring the Jury verdict. Like I said, I’ve got nothing left to lose at this point.

It feels right, what you are doing....

Sending prayers that she will see the light and follow the higher court ruling. Prayers for you and Mike as well. ((HUGS))
