IIRC from one of the many articles I've read on this, one of the passengers was the pilot's son. Perhaps they don't release his name because he wasn't a paid passenger on the manifest. The second passenger without a name may be a friend of the pilot's son. Just a guess, but it might fit the scenario.
Adding what appears to be passenger number seven from the article provided in the link.
A pilot and 8 passengers; one of which was a swimmer-
PilotClyde Kawasaki, age 60
Passenger # 1 Loretta Fuddy, age 65, Hawaii State Health Director.
Passenger # 2 Keith Yamamoto, Fuddys Deputy Director.
Passenger # 3 Rosa Key, wife of Jacob Key, from Oahu.
Passenger # 4 Jacob Key, husband of Rosa Key, from Oahu.
Passenger # 5 C. Phillip Hollstein Jr., age 70, swimmer, from Kailua.
Passenger # 6 Ferdinand Puentes, onboard impromptu videographer.
Passenger # 7 Rev. Patrick Kililea. Comments as to witnessing Fuddys release from Yamamoto.
Passenger # 8
The Rev. was installed on the island with the leper colony. He would have every reason to be onboard the plane.
Seems his name is spelled Killilea. I believe hes Irish. The name looked Hawaiian. Ha! I tried something very simple- placed his name with title in a search engine. Ill have to do lots more of that some other time.
