Notwithstanding the BCS championship game coming up, I'm sure the local yokel prosecutor did his impartial best to see that justice was served.
But the piper still demand to be paid.

Winston's attorney has claimed the athlete and his alleged victim had consensual sex, however in a video released Tuesday by Tallahassee police, Jenna Weisberg, the accuser's friend who called police on her behalf that night, told a different story. "She remembers the roommate trying to get him to stop. He walked in and was like, 'Stop she doesn't want to,'" Weisberg said in the video. I find this at least superficially implausible. If I walked in on a rape, I'd go from "stop" . . . to 9-1-1 . . . to a baseball bat or .45 cal to the skull pretty quickly. Did the friend do anything else? Perhaps her story is true, but I'd like to see if the details sound more believable than the news summary.

The accuser’s friend (that called the police) says the victim remembers the accused’s roommate walking in and telling him to stop.
At least that’s how I understand the murky writing. That means there is a 3rd person with knowledge of what happened.

The writing is terrible, and I couldn’t tell much from what they did mention, but I’d like to know what the third party claims to have seen and done before giving the rape claim any credibility. Either this report is so heavily edited that there is nothing convincing left, or there was never anything there, and I can’t tell which without better information.

Didn’t the judge drop the case so that he could get the Heisman?

It was a team mate, who supposedly also recorded some of it on his phone. The phone is now missing... or at least no longer in the team mates possession.
Which kinda supports the accuser’s lawyers claim that the investigation was deliberately flubbed.

Reserving judgment until judgment is decided. You never know in some of this. Sounds like a he said she said. I’ll wait and see.

Looks like Erica Kinsman and her attorney lied from an earlier press conference, when the attorney stated that they will not sue Winston. That was from an earlier press conference
Wonder if Auburn won Monday night, they would not sue?
Winston did not rape this woman, I hope he fights this
