I think they are calling bi polar or something like that a disability.
We had a girl in a wheel chair at our school, she sure wasn’t causing problems or getting arrested.
So much for the white man’s standards. Blacks have been having trouble with them for how long now?
Get your children out of public schools. They will be even more dangerous now.
Sounds like more Black KKK and minority KKK racism
Holder will never face up that his ancestors liked jumping the fence...
Bottom line......if at all possible get your kids out of public school, either by way of private or home schooling. If there is no choice ‘right thinking” parents must get involved in school boards or PTA’s.
Why do blacks (minorities) get arrested more often? Because blacks commit crimes more often.
If they’d stop committing crimes they wouldn’t be arrested as much
“disability” has nothing to do with ability to walk.
It has everything to do with being defined as “learning disabled” or “ADHD” so that your welfare mom & grandma can get the extra “crazy check” from the government.
And why do “disabled” kids get into more trouble?
Because the definition of “disabled” includes not being under the proper discipline and authority of a parent.
“Boss, it’s Skull.He knocked over another A.T.M.
This time at knife-point.He needs your legal advice.”
[Shouting] “Stop breakin’ the law, a**hole!”
(”Liar, Liar”, Jim Carrey)
The word for the “disabled” when I was in school was “Trog” which was short for “Troglodyte”. We learned the term when busing started. The kids in the housing projects taught it to us.
Basically, they are only smart enough to throw a punch, steal money or use a knife.
Why not try to keep them from the reason(s) they are sentenced to jail. “Do the crime, do the time”.
Truthfully, states should enact “with authority comes common sense” laws, which says that people in positions of authority in the state must use “common sense” in carrying out their duties. (I know the actual wording would be different).
1) Zero tolerance policies in schools. School teachers and administrators are *required* to exercise good judgment in dealing with disciplinary matters as individual cases, instead of carrying out irrational policies, or asking for the arrest of children except in extraordinary circumstances.
2) Police officers when summoned to schools will not arrest children on the demand of teachers or administrators unless significant laws have been broken that are *outside* of the discipline authority of the schools as proxy for their parents.
3) Other people in positions of authority are expected to use good judgment, or face the consequences for bad judgment, or the abrogation of their authority.
