The Pope is not speaking ex-cathedra, so yes, in this regard, he is infallible.

He's just another man, like you and I. No better, no worse. I need Jesus. He needs Jesus, too.

I just wish all these people would focus on God instead of some old guy who lives in a gold mansion in Rome.
