To hell with a million man march. We need a TEN MILLION man march!! Fill the mall and every street in DC!! Time to raise the pucker factor in DC until no one in congress can even raise up from his chair.
When the people fear their government there is tyranny.
When the government fears the people, we have Liberty!!
Tea Party leaders, right-wing groups, 2nd amendment groups, pro-life religious leaders, Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck, Levin: Gentlemen start your engines!!
It's time to unite and turnout freedom loving Americans of every political stripe to run the statist bums out and restore our God-given Liberty!!
This is the year to get it done!!
FUBO!! You want my liberty? I will not meekly sign it away. You'll have to come and take it!!
Just tell me when and where.
BTW, let us all know the name of your business so we can boycott it.
I would love to come back to D.C. for a command performance.
Lol! We might’ve BROUGHT some business his/her way...not now!
But I want an Art 4, Sec 4 solution.
I can't believe I read such a comment on FR.
Very disturbing and most sad ;(
It is 2014 America. I have seen hundreds of protests in DC in my young lifetime. And yes, I mean hundreds from all ends of the political spectrum (I was there at the tea party 9/12 rally in September 2009)
What has changed after witnessing all these people show up here?
Not a damn thing.
Flood the lines of Congress, work on electing good conservatives, spend money in your community, canvass, and you will see much more progress.
1,000, 100,000, 1M, or 10M people showing up and interrupting my ability to make money really is frustrating.
Unless of course you are looking for accommodations. Since 10M people would show up, every hotel room in the city and 40 miles out would be booked. I will be willing to rent out a room in my house, inside the beltway, for 1,000 a night.
Imagine how things would have turned out if businessmen like Benjamin Franklin had that attitude in the 18th Century.
You get it. First, waiting for the 2014 and the 2016 elections to change the country’s direction is a grave mistake for two reasons: #1 Each day that Obama remains as president saps more life from the Republic. #2 So many of the Republicans we elect are Benedict Arnolds who will betray their followers as soon as they hit the Washington cocktail circuit.
Impeachment and mass civil disobedience.
It isn’t the 18th century it is the 21st century.
My workers getting stuck in traffic has a negative impact on my ability to conduct business, which always happens when protests come to town.
As a business owner I prefer people not come to DC to protest, but instead protest outside of your Congresscritters’ home. It should be a much quicker trip for you
April 15th sounds good to me.
Do it the day of the state of the union address.
I don’t see the purpose of marching, that’s what libs do. They get mad, so they march and they feel better. Nothing changed, but they released some of the anger temporarily by getting together with others of their kind and shouting.
We don’t need a million man march, we need a million more votes.
Then a lot of Republicans would get elected and we could find out if they will actually do anything useful, like cut spending, abolish the EPA and a lot of other depts, open federal lands and the offshore areas to exploration and drilling, and repeal Obamacare, among other things.
Thank you.
People will have much more impact by convincing 1 of their neighbors to vote conservative.
Imagine if this whole board could get just 1 more person each to vote for the right man or woman. It would have a much larger impact then showing up in DC and walking around for 2 days
Can conservatives outspend the lobbyists?
10M conservatives giving 100 dollars each to conservative candidates is more money then lobbyists can ever hope to spend
It's an all of the above multi prong approach FRiend
If you don't think the protest's in Washington have made a difference you're not paying attention.
You honestly think Beck's success didn't have an impact?
The problem we have is that it has been sporadic and not constant. We have lives and jobs, paid liberal protesters don't and are ubiquitous.
We have to be the same.
Elsewise, there is only one other option left. And you are likely on the same page that we would never like to see the final option exercised.
IOW's, please don't give up!
Say when, Jim.
Squeaky wheel gets the grease, right?
And liberals have accomplished nothing in the last 50 years, right?
It is a multi prong approach I agree, but each approach has its merits and all seem to be necessary.
10,000,000 man march ...
Lets think of it as 500 Division or 20 Army Groups.
That sounds better.
