Yeah, I believe it is, for myself anyway. Incredible 360 mountain top views, many tall trees, fresh air and the most incredible water I have ever had. The temps average about 25- 30 from about Dec.15 thru Feb. 15 then it warms up. Of course when the wind gets whipping the wind chill brings those temps down fast! I’m used to those average cold temps in winter time and they do not bother me but if it gets real crazy low with the temp and chill factor I just make sure I’m cozy inside!

Sounds idyllic. I think most of us Freeps would do anything to live in a place like that. I've been in the city for three years now, and can't tell you how much I miss the country.
