The joined at the hip Bobsey Twins speak again. They are against Obama before they knew they were against, err for, err whatever for him.
I guess I don't have to say I don't know why he sympathizes with radicals because I do. It's a shame he has gotten away with it.
Recall:
1. His immediate pandering to Hugo Chavez when he attended a Pan American Summit.
2. The State Department's intervention in Honduras, in favor of a Chavez-supported usurper -- while the Honduran government was acting totally within the bounds of their own Constitution.
3. Not to mention his dissing of the Iranian dissidents, saying that it was none of America's business to dabble in Iranian internal affairs. Imagine Ronald Reagan copping such an anti-freedom attitude.
Nothing could be clearer: Obama admires authoritarian regimes...and desires to exercise power as they do.
He did obliterate it. He killed up to a million Iraqis, destroyed one of the oldest Christian communities in the world, destroyed a secular government and buffer to Iran and a bunch of good Americans. And created a whole lot of terrorists who now have a sane reason to hate America. Be careful what you wish for. It came true.
Is this the Al-Qaeda that McCain supports or the one that he thinks is bad?
The administration has the NYT flying there as we speak to ask everyone on the street if they’re in Al-Qaeda or not, so this should all work out in Obama’s favor in the end.
Where do you get this from that McCain supports Al Qaeda?
Syria.
I have to chuckle though. GWB was giving a presser or some talk about convincing Americans what he wanted was the right thing to do. He laughed and said his job would be a lot easier if he was a dictator.
I guess I wasn't paying as close attention as you were. I was focussed on Iran, wondering how on earth we were going to deal with that. So he reduces our nuclear arsenal. Also the injustices and moral issues. I've got to quit getting mad about this crap because I can't change any of it.
Thank you that is a much better way of putting it. I agree about the mideast. In spite of a long bloody history I think they are further from having a sense of order and civility now than they ever have been.
The article has to do about Iraq and Fallujah, not Syria
I'm sorry, but I can't agree. What should Bush I have done when Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait? It is certainly legitimately arguable that Bush II shouldn't have gone into Iraq, but I understand his overall strategy of establishing enough of a beachhead in the Middle East such that the scales could be tipped against the radicals. Taking Fallujah was part of that, and before that the left was referring to Iraq as Bush's lost war.
The idea that we could have stopped after Afghanistan is also arguable. IMHO, Al Queda was never going to be ‘defeated’ on a battlefield in Afghanistan. They would just shift venue, as they've done consistently since then. That's why the strategy of keeping them on the run, and reducing the number of potential venues available to them made sense. Obama has done the opposite, and provided Al Queda with an expanding universe of venues available to them. Yes, it is his fault.
First of all these countries cannot do diversity. The way the decolonization occured or how the borders were to be cut makes no sense whatsoever. Japan and Germany managed because, gasp, they were pretty much uniracial/cultural.
There were two problems. One was Iraqi hostility stoked under Saddam. This had to be stoped. The other was Iraqis getting to agree with each other. We cannot force them. Besides they are not like Kuwaiti teenage mall items spenders. Iraqis are tribal and rioting for foodstuff rather than respecting shops is what they do.
There is no comparison between Bush and Obama. The Bushes answered to Congress never vetoing while Obama is completely off limits.
Just lie liberals saying Reagan did the same as Obama in the Iran contra affair. Reagan went on TV and answered questions and admitted errors. Obama is a complete loose cannon who answers to no one but his handlers and racist ideologies.
I totally agree with everything you stated.
Thank you pretend president Obama.Long may your figgy duff rot in your White Hut.
You Mr. Obama have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
57 million Iraquis liberated by George W. Bush are about to be re-enslaved, thanks to this POS, so called president.
Treasonous, fascist libtard of a president, will we ever be free of him and his running dogs?
What a hateful aparatchik femino-nazi. I wouldn’t cross the street to help her onto the curb if both her legs were broke.
I could not believe that STATE put her out as a spokes person to the media. This is the face of liberal fascism.
A slight correction. It was 25 Million, the 57 included Afghanistan
I stand corrected on the numbers.
I remember those blue stained ink fingers.Shame on Obama.
I detest the POS.
