The last time John Nunnemacher had health insurance was 15 years ago, when his employer paid for his coverage.
Since then, the freelance graphic artist hasn't been able to afford a policy. Luckily, he didn't get seriously ill or have a bad accident -- which could have left the San Jose man bankrupt.
But as of New Year's Day, the 43-year-old Nunnemacher was once again insured.
Nearly four years after Congress passed a controversial health care law, tens of thousands of Californians like Nunnemacher can now see a doctor without begging for charity care.

This should apply to any subsidy; food stamps, housing allowances, free school lunches, help with utlilties, free obamaphones etc etc etc and most of all medicaid or subsidies for healthcare

When people finally figure this out (like the ones who walked away from the hospital in N. Va the other day when their financial responsibility was explained to them), they are not going to be having warm and fuzzy feelings about the Liar-In-Chief, the Law of the Left (Obamacare) and the Dems that foisted the lie on them and continued to mislead them as to what they would be paying for. BTW, the media reported the folks in N. Va were turned away from the hospital because their insurance could not be verified ....wrongo ..... they would have been treated AND, since their deductibles were so high (5K at least), they would have been paying the visit out-of-pocket anyway (one needed a $500 chest x-ray). No one was turned away - they WALKED AWAY when they found out they had to pay.
It is the American taxpayer being taxed by an un Constitutional law that only public employees and welfare recipients benefit from.
And so far they cannot force doctors to serve. Not even Obamacare sought to tax them. They can go Galt, or become Dr. Atlases that shrug.
It will go to pieces in this government’s power and pride greedy little hands.
I'm guessing this guy is closer to the "vomit on canvas and call it art" school. The rest of us are just too dumb to appreciate his creative genius.

They left out that for each scum bag free loader getting free insurance, about 4 or 5 California tax payers lost their policies thanks to the Unaffordable Care bs.

Some doctors will, in their spirit of charity, at least for a while.
But they have bills to pay, and as Obamacare expands, they’ll tire quickly of the burden of being unable to meet their obligations.

We have friends who are retired teachers/principals with massive Kaiser treatments, and they are barely paying for their Kaiser care. They are probably the tip of the iceberg.

About 95% of Californians with diplomas in the last 2-3 decades, can’t do math. They still won’t know what deductible means until they get a bill.
Yep, and after a lifetime on Medicaid, every dime paid for your care by the state is reimbursable from your estate. Your heirs will mourn your passing by joining the serf class.

Well, now, thanks to ObamaDon'tCare, people are actually having to pay for goods and services or, as you point out, they count the costs and decide, "Hmph, maybe this congestion isn't as bad as I thought. Think I'll go spend the 500 dollars on a new TV. That'll make me feel better."

BINGO. Since time memorial, there never was any law that said you will never be treated in America. In canada where i’m from, they DO, especially if you do not pay your govt monthly premiums. These leeches are just too stupid and selfish not to pay.
