Several states are Constitutional carry, and lots of people are trying to spread that. Me, for one, in Texas. In Texas, open carry of a pistol is unlawful. That needs to change.I regularly write my state rep and senator pushing for that.

So is keeping your mouth shut when you don't like what the government is doing, but that's not what the 1st amendment is about. It's about getting in their faces and demanding that law enforcement act within the confines of the law.

You've been right so far but Arkansas appears to require a permit to carry a concealed weapon.....

Here in Michigan it is but nobody does. I'm not about to because I don't need the hassle that may come along with it.........

Conceal carry works enough for me........I'm not out to prove a political point.

That's certainly an interesting mix of states. There's no rhyme or reason that I can see. For every one that's obvious (NY or IL) there's a what the heck like MT or NH.

That isn't the point. The point is that it's lawful. Liberals appeal to feelings.

Personally, concealed carry is physically uncomfortable for me. Open carry is much more comfortable.
