Notices from who to whom?
Notices may go out from group insurance providers to employers. This doesn’t mean the notices will be handed down to employees before the election. The whole purpose of Obama changing the dates was so that it would avoid having an impact on the election.

I think there will be enough people who die because of cancelled insurance policies through the first six months of 2014 that the people will be on a rampage to remove the democRATS from office. Dialysis, radiation and specialized treatments will be stopped due to cancelled and or unaffordable health insurance. Doctors will not accept new freeloaders (patients) from the growing medicaid crowd.
There will be such anger by the election that the masses will be hunting the rats in the streets with pitchforks!
(one can hope) I’d pay to see that on pay per view!
I would guess that most employers will notify their employees as soon as they know.
