The head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement defended the role of federal agents in transporting illegal immigrant children after a federal judge complained they were hand-delivering smuggled kids to parents in the United States.
“While the court’s comments did not relate specifically to ICE, it is clear that the transportation of unaccompanied children (UAC) by ICE personnel is appropriate and legal,” acting Director John Sandweg wrote in a brief email obtained by FoxNews.com.
The email was sent Monday and addressed to “all ICE employees.”

Is there an application to fill out? who do you talk to to make arrangements- are the kids picked up at the border or already ‘havgin crossed’ at a meeting place...???

It’s more like “through” the country. They’ve apprehended illegal minors being smuggled into the country and (in some cases at least) have finished the job, so to speak, delivering these children to their parents. Who obviously are also here illegally.
Then....nothing, no arrest, no deportation, nothing.
At least that is the story as I understand it.

Until next election day. I have a strong feeling we are going to see some major changes coming if both the house and the senate as the “do nothings” have worn out their welcome. I believe that soon the American people “speak”.

Unaccompanied minors with foreign nationality are taken into custody and not pushed through customs and handed over to grandma. Obama is having ICE agents transport UAC’s to their parents, instead of placing them in a facility to house children.
The UACs are still processed through Office of Refugee and Resettlement, but the children are not housed in a Federally run facility. The children are in the Legal Custody of a HHS contractor and the physical custody of their parents.
The HHS contractor when Obama returned to Hawaii in 1971 as an unaccompanied minor with foreign nationality was Catholic Social Services of Connecticut. There were two HHS contractors in 1971, Catholic Social Services and Lutheran Social Services. Lutheran Social Service worked the area throughout the east coast. Catholic Social Services worked nationwide. Today, there are hundreds of HHS contractors who take UACs into legal custody.
Another LIE from another LIAR in this administration that was built on LIES, LIARS and THIEVES.
Dress it up all they want to, but this has gone beyond “government by men” to “government by whim”. What can we do today to distress and dismay the great unwashed masses in fly-over country?
This is underground guerrilla warfare being directed at those louts who insist that there is a higher moral standard, who even claim such a standard is in place and has been functioning for a couple of centuries already. And even worse, to proclaim a divine origin of “these truths to be self-evident”, that rights are endowed by the Creator, and not by a small oligarchy of men who have taken the high ground and defend it ruthlessly and by crafty deceit.
The denizens of the Current Regime now squatting in the Oval Orifice have demonstrated their loathing for the good conscience that once governed the territory formerly known as “the United States of America”, they have spit upon the symbols and accomplishments raised under that ideal, and they continue to plunder and rend the remaining parts of that once glorious “shining city on the hill”.
I want my country back.
There are some ideas so absurd that
only an intellectual could believe them.
It will not be long before Obama dictates a new law made up entirely whole. It will be a nebulous “comprehensive” law against counter-revolutionary activities. It will be a punish-thy-enemies law.
