Phil Robertson has spoken out for the first time since his homophobic comments in a magazine interview went public and refused to go back on his controversial remarks, saying: I will not give or back off from my path.
The Duck Dynasty patriarch led a small Bible study group in his home town church in West Monroe, Louisiana on Sunday, granting MailOnline exclusive access.
Robertson replied: I didnt think much of it at all, but it seems a lot of other people did.
And at the end of the session he led a defiant prayer, which included the words, I will not give or back off from my path because you conquered death, Father, so we are not worried about all the repercussions...

God bless Phil!
“Amen, Brother Phil!
(Does anyone else get a feeling of watching a prophet like Isaiah or John the Baptist?)”....
God does work in mysterious ways. Using Phil Robertson, (IMO) to push his message is marvelous!
“...I hope that Duck Dynasty goes to another network, screw A&E they dug their own graves bowing down to the leftist thugs”.....
Somehow I have a feeling this won’t be the last we hear from either side, the “war” on words and principals has awakened.
“Phil Robertson has spoken out for the first time since his homophobic comments”
The author is a liar... Phil Robinson fears only GOD... none of us fear homosexuals... we hate their sin but we love them and pray for their souls. Phil has stated this before. homophobia is what those that practice this sin will have when they stand before GOD... unless they repent. THAT is between them and GOD.
"Homophobia" is the right word, but only for Christians who know that homosexuals are perverts violating God's word but who stay quiet out of fear that the gay mafia will attack them too.
His comments were not homophobic. He never expressed a fear of homosexuality.
His comments were also not gay-bashing. He never expressed a desire to punish gays, or to treat them harshly.
His comments expressed his own sexual preference, and paraphrased the a biblical admonition about sin and salvation, heaven and hell.
If he hated gays, he would have kept quiet about it, rather than telling them what he believed they needed to do to be saved from eternal damnation.
Yes..oh and Phil For President!!!
Great points!
Amen!
