Black leftists elites play a very important role in the pro-abortion movement, in that they help to legitimize the movement as a cause of equality and justice. But these are people who suffer from the burden of self-hate, and wish they had never been born. These black elites have internalized the worst prejudices about blacks that are held by non-blacks, and see themselves on a mission to help non-blacks to free themselves from blacks.

Abortion, to a leftist, is “helping” women. It “frees” them to “act like men”.

Leftists want to feel good about themselves as a primary goal, so they don’t think about any of the downsides of the policies they promote.

I’ve always felt it was a real mark of integrity for conservatives to be anti-abortion, knowing most victims saved will be Democrat voters.
