Huckabee never had a chance in 2008, but he stayed in and stayed in and stayed in so he could accumulate enough delegates to claim “look at me…I FINISHED SECOND.”
This was a fraud. Yes, technically he did, but he was never a factor.
This long campaign was also known as “the Fox News audtion period.” And on that, damnit, it worked. Now his Fox TV Show is the “early Huckabee 16 Campaign.” That will NOT work.
