Hispanics make up 47% of Albuquerque.
They defeated a late term abortion ban by 55%-45%.
They may be religious, but they still vote Democrat.
I’m aware they largely vote democrat. I’m just saying many do have basic conservative values: religious faith, traditional family structure (especially Hispanics), not in favor of homosexual relations, etc. Not all, obviously, but a lot. So, to me, it’s a bit strange that they do largely vote democrat. I guess the government handouts and ‘babysitting’ outweigh everything else.
