I wonder if he has standing to sue.

I wonder if members of Congress can be sued for things said and done outside of Congress.

I wonder if we can ever take back our country.

I wonder if God has turned His back on us, as we have done to Him.

I wonder....

“The directive could be considered a crime”

Ooooh—a crime. With no one to bring the b to justice. It’s rather like obamination writing and amending his laws without the approval of Congress.

Sibelius is colluding with HHS aides to "keep quiet" about Obamacare's multiple missteps.

INCONVENIENT FACTOID: Sibelius is using govt office to commit crime(s).

Rep Issa: “...federal obstruction laws reflect the fact that Congress‘ right of access to information is constitutionally-based and critical to the integrity and effectiveness of our oversight and investigative activities.”

=================================================

Hah---as if the Obamatons recogize our laws and critical constitutional imperatives. The whole lot of them are lawless bums.

The billion dollar flopola website---the botched rollout---the pricey Rube Goldberg fix-its---are bad enough. Americans have yet to see the wreckage Boobama and his cockamamie healthcare have wreaked upon our beloved country.

Clearly---opportunistic Boobamba does not see himself as the constitutional-restrained president of a thriving, free republic---he sees America as a means to his ends----and striving Americans merely as tools to finance those HE deems deserving.

In his befuddled mind, Boobamba represent the ne'er do wells, slackers, layabeds, dumbos, ignoramuses, gutter snipes, bums and pan-handlers.....and a handful of deserving people who slipped through the cracks. He easily duped these ignorants on food stamps that they could payoff mortgages.

THANKS, ABE Musta been a shock to realize "you can fool some of the people, some of the time, but not all of the people, all of the time."

“The federal obstruction laws,” Mr. Issa wrote in a letter Wednesday, “reflect the fact that Congress‘ right of access to information is constitutionally based and critical to the integrity and effectiveness of our oversight and investigative activities.”

Then land on her with both feet, Mr. Issa, or STFU.

The phrase "cities of false facades meant to impress from afar" could just as easily be applied to Issa's investigations as to the HHS mess. "Dead-End Darrell's" investigations produce zilch.

Lets have a hearing, pat each other on the back, and go back to destroying the country. It is not quite done yet.

The ObamaCare website may be a Potemkin Village — a barely functioning operation where few people are actually signing up for health insurance, covered by a false façade of success.

However, America’s health-insurance companies are ACTUAL, FUNCTIONING entities, employing hundreds of thousands of workers, which will soon stop functioning if the fraudulent ObamaCare website continues to NOT sign up millions of premium-paying customers.

In the real world, the one in which Americans outside of Washington live, the health-insurance industry will go bankrupt under existing ObamaCare rules.

The deadline for signing up to be covered next year is a mere nine days away. It will be interesting to watch the Obama family flouncing around as usual in the Hawaiian surf, enjoying their slurpees, while the American economy begins to come crashing down.

- Gave your bank account info to a fed or state healthcare website?

- Washington state is already illegally grabbing huge amounts from checking accounts - in some cases twice :
