Wednesday, Matt Bevin called on Mitch McConnell to oppose the Ryan-Murray budget deal. Bevin criticized the deal shortly after learning it grew government and increased spending with false hopes of cuts to come later:
Again, Mitch McConnell is missing in action when our nation most needs leadership. Instead of leading, he is dodging a major issue while waiting to see which way the political winds are blowing. This deal is bad for America because it raises spending in the short-term for long-term cuts that everyone knows will never happen. McConnell should lead Republicans in demanding a deal that, at a bare minimum, sticks to the existing savings of the sequester, said Matt Bevin.
I thought (Ditch) Mitch was already jumping to Bevin’s tune.
That would something if the budget was successfully blocked in the Senate for a change instead of demanding that Bohner do it all, while knowing he wont.
Put on those gloves, there, Bevin.
Bold is the only direction left, and it’s the one that should be first.
That’s being on top of it, MB.

Oh my: Mitch McConnell reportedly voting against Boehner/Ryan budget deal

I'm sure Bevin's primary challenge had absolutely nothing to do with Mitch's "conservative" swagger, though < /sarc >.
McC has the luxury of voting “No” because his vote is not needed. KY people won’t figure it out.
He already stated he opposed (in the most cowardly deceivious way possible) again. He needs to be removed from power.
Mitch should be attacking Boehner directly.
Rand Paul doesn’t like Boehner. A lot of Senators dont care for Boehner.
Miotch is hiding behind Dingy’s skirt and will vote no. The turd-le’s vote isn’t needed at 51.
!
With other RINOs, he has cover to "oppose" the Bill and still see it pass.
I’m sure Kentucky voters will enjoy reading that.
It will be easy for Mitch to vote agains’t this bill as it will easily pass without him. He will be off the hook.
Maybe to some it will appear as if McConnell is following (Bevin) instead of leading...
