Good evening, Mac...*HUGS*...did you have good and safe commutes?
It has been a busy, busy day....we got all packed up by just after 11a. They said we could go home. I made arrangements with the IT guy (all were at our location taking computers apart and packing them to take them over to the new place) to call me when he was over at the new building and I would stop by to get my badge updated to let me into the new place. Then I was off to do errands that needed done and I was hoping to get them done before the main storm hit. It was already starting to snow. 2 50# bags of cracked corn, and 1 40# bag of sunflower seeds are now home to feed ducks and birds. I have to get them out of the suburban onto a wheeled office chair and into place in the garage. I forgot to leave the wheelchair home this morning, so I had to take it out and put it back at the feed store. Then shopping for a couple things on my Mom’s list and then the call to the new office.
GUESS WHAT? Moving day is tomorrow and “someone” decided that yesterday was a good day to start the repair of the elevator. I feel really bad for the movers. And after I made three trips up the stairs and down, I am pretty crippled up....my knees and back are toast right now. Not looking forward to however long it takes to fix the elevator.
“my knees and back are toast right now.”
I know all about knee problems and have been doing a lot of reading. Tip: Dehydration makes knee problems worse.
