My ideal Person of The Year would be Bill Whittle.

Ideally speaking.

If Cruz wasn’t an option then definitely Assad, just because he (and Putin) humiliated Kerry on the world stage.

Thanks, I might.

I figure anyone who can command so much of Walmart's merchandising has to be eligible for some sort of award! ;-)

Edward Scissorhands, er, make that Edward Snowden.

Time (the magazine) jumped the shark long ago and proved it when they picked Mark Zuckerberg over Julian Assange.

There’s a lot of fluff in it, but the story about Phil Robertson’s victory over alcoholism and embrace of Christian living is very good.

I think Snowden will have the greatest long term effect.

My person of the year is the homeless guy who came up to me holding his hand out and said, “Sir you dropped this twenty dollar bill.” I reached for it, took it, then thanked him with a five dollar bill for his honesty. That was the easiest 15 bucks I made all year.

They actually did that one year. They used a sheet of reflective Mylar for the front cover, so that the person looking at the cover would see himself reflected on the cover
