If it were me, I’d make her, or her lawyer prove #1 that she is the biological mother of the child, and #2 that he is the biological father of said child (in that order).
I’ve seen way too many Maury shows to know you can’t take a woman’s word on anything of that nature.
and this law suit had NOTHING to do with child support….hence your request is denied
