I’ve been called back to jury duty in the morning. And it’s raining right now, so “ice” is the watchword. I am not pleased!

The cars are encased in ice right now. I will have to go start my car, let it run, then scrape ice before I can go home.

Good commutes today, thanks! I got my shot this morning and made it by 7:00 a.m. to the Emissions Testing Station - a badge of servitude we're forced to endure in the People's Republic of Maryland - and had my van tested. It failed for some reason I am unable to fathom.

Meanwhile, I am passed on the road by vehicles belching dark smoke from their exhausts with no consequences.

I have been called for jury duty twice in recent years - never selected for a trial. Can't imagine why. :)
