Hi Kathy....did you check to make sure it is set as default?
Always start with a reboot right? Learned that one...:)
Problem 1...it’s connected to a Mac.
I click on the Align button and it says it is busy...wait.
I’ve run into the Default problem before on mine (PC) and DUH! I know to look now.
Her’s only has the one...I uninstalled the old one a ways back.
As far as reboot...I missed a call yesterday from a friend back east. Couldn’t figure out why. Then today at work I noticed no sound at all when I pushed buttons. Only a couple guys at work today, but one was the head of IT. I asked him if he knew what to do....no, he didn’t. His sound has been gone a week and he’s waiting for Justin on Monday. Justin has EVERY Apple device made, and is the first in line when anything new comes out. BUT I don’t want to wait til Monday. I asked my security buddy.....he poked around. Nothing. Then he rebooted and still nothing. Then he turned off and on all the buttons in settings and VOILA! Finally the sound is back.
