No way. Absolutely no-way obama gets to stay in power past Jan 17. Term limits are not only a good idea for the President, I believe every single elected office from dog catcher on up should have term limits. Our government is not supposed to be composed of some ruling political class. Our government is supposed to be by the people, for the people. That means our elected representatives are supposed to have a life outside government. They're supposed to have done something meaningful, understand us and our lives and then return to the same pool of normal, governed people.

The constitution declares unequivocally that the House is to impeach a President for reasons cited in the document.

The way to mitigate the disaster we have as President is to expose him in the right light and ensure the American public recognizes him for what he is.

What we need instead are term limits for both houses of Congress, and expansion of the House to five year terms (4, 5, 6) so they A) wouldn't be constantly running, B) wouldn't get elected or dumped based on some hot button issue that grabbed the voters' attention long enough to make up their minds but completely forgotten by election day (to say nothing of swearing-in), and C) the entire House would be up for grabs every two years, because the elections would be staggered.
