Iran: The nuclear deal with Tehran is right out of the Neville Chamberlain appeasement playbook. A straight line can be drawn from President Obama's 2009 overture to Islamists and this historic misjudgment.
The Great Appeaser, British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, is best known for his September 1938 "peace for our time" speech hailing the Munich Agreement. But six months later, even after Kristallnacht and just after the Munich-breaking Czechoslovakia occupation, he was still denying reality.
"I hoped in going to Munich to find out by personal contact what was in Herr Hitler's mind," Chamberlain said in March 1939, quoting the Fuehrer's assurances that "I shall not be interested in the Czech State anymore, and I can guarantee it."
History repeats itself when we empower those who won't learn its lessons. Under the "create time and space over the next six months" deal that Secretary of State John "throw back your military decorations" Kerry and Britain's leftist Lady Ashton agreed to on Sunday, Tehran can officially keep enriching uranium to the Ayatollah Khamenei's heart's desire.
For all practical purposes, the U.S. has recognized it as a right that an Islamofascist regime that for decades has funded and armed terrorists, some of whom killed U.S. soldiers in Iraq, can make fuel that powers atomic weapons.
Tehran's enrichment restrictions are easily reversible, and the inspections it agreed to can be eluded, to some degree at least, in a country of 636,000-plus inhospitable square miles.
Obama claims that "if Iran does not fully meet its commitments during this six-month phase, we will turn off the relief, and ratchet up the pressure."

I am not so sure this is a reenactment of Chamberlain or something closer to a deliberate betrayal of the West trying to destroy Israel and further teardown the US to help his Islamist soul mates.
Everybody can see that it's just a brazen attempt to change the subject away from the 0bamacare debacle, and that it's the epitome of a toothless appeasement policy.
Only the lowest of low information voters could think otherwise.
But it won't work. The 0bamacare disaster will be woth us for quite some time, with new problems and destructive results dripping out periodically.
God, I hope the Democrats are made to pay for this Tyrannical abomination.
Also, I saw John Bolton on Fox a few hours ago, and he absolutely shredded this absurd Iran agreement point by point, exposing it for the utter farce that it is. This guy should probably run for President. He's pretty sharp, at least on foreign policy. It's worth a watch if anybody is interested in the main points of the deal.
They’re allied although they both hope few know that.
The deal with Hitler only bought us WWII
Obama’s ill conceived deal with Iran will bring us WWIII with nukes
Hey ya got to trust John Kerry, he was a war hero, just ask him......phony POS
Carter brought us the present regime in Iran. Obama is bringing us that same regime armed with nuclear weapons.
i dont know about his stamp but here is his new standard
Now that is funny.
The silence of the lambs...it was similar in England after Munich, when Hitler invaded first Czechoslovakia then Sudetenland then all of Poland. The British populace and the major newspapers, the BBC, Labor, Liberals and Conservatives, all were supportive of Chamberlain. Fearing an economic upheaval if it came to war and its financial cost, they chose to believe. Not until France fell did they raise a voice when it was that there were no other allies left in Europe.
weve gone from the new deal to the sh***y deal
The idea of a President with his own logo...it's disturbing.
But I think you chose a good one for old Beelzebama!
From the New Society to the Broken Society.
stay away from my wife....
Don’t forget that the dude referenced in the headline was also democratically elected. But we all know, don’t we, that it can’t happen here!
I meant, “From the Great Society to the Broken Society.”
