Addressing concerns over the language in the agreement between the six world powers and Iran regarding Tehrans ability to continue work on its nuclear program, Rouhani said, Let anyone make his own reading, but this right is clearly stated in the text of the agreement that Iran can continue its enrichment, and I announce to our people that our enrichment activities will CONTINUE AS BEFORE."

You mean Jarrett’s end game, right?
I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you.....
We now be in the latter part of that promise from Genesis God made to Abraham.
On March 14th Obama was quoted that a "nuclear" Iran was not on the table under any context. As far as I am concerned there is normal liberal stupidity, and then there is common sense which any American politican should realize the risks to our security.
Sorry, you can't see that.
a crap deal with Afghanistan. a crap deal with iran. it’s all about money....our money...yours and mine
When you elect whoever because they have a “R” in front of them, you get a significant establishment bunch that spend more time fighting with actual “R’s”, who have no problem punching their fellow folks in the nose but let the real enemies do whatever they want, and feel good in the role of the “what can I do?” subordinate, getting-the-scraps-is-good, patsies. Which is hardly a long-term winning strategy either.
Some freepers don’t seem to get this point either.
Jarrett and Obama are twin siblings of different mothers.
Jarrett is Farrakhan in drag. THEY could be brother and sister on looks alone.
Not my point.
My point is the GOP has limited power if they're not in the majority. Many Freepers seems to think they can win far more battles than are possible with a minority.
The original point someone made was that the GOP should do something to stop the treaty. How's that supposed to happen when we don't have majority status? Elections have consequences.
Amen brother. You said it.
He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. Psalm 2:4,5
Rouhani said, Let anyone make his own reading, but this right is clearly stated in the text of the agreement that Iran can continue its enrichment, and I announce to our people that our enrichment activities will CONTINUE AS BEFORE."And, like John Effin' Kerry, he said, "Don't listen to Israel."
Sorry I can’t see what?
Since WWII the foreign policy of the United States has been bipartisan.
JFK’s understanding with the Soviets coming out of the Cuban Missile Crisis that there would be no more Bay of Pigs type operations to take Castro out was respected by the future Republican presidents.
The Republicans got a lot of mileage making anti-Communist, anti-Castro speeches and grabbing up Cuban votes in FL. They did nothing to get rid of him militarily.
George Will said on “Fox News Sunday” he didn’t like the military option and that we will have to accept a nuclear Iran.
He reflects GOPe thinking in my opinion and this agreement and any future ones will be “respected” by any future GOP administration.
Of course they will make speeches saying it was a bad agreement in order to get elected, but once in power they will accept it.
