The real problem is that Morgan and the rest of the media were expecting anything at all instead of reporting what they actually observed. This isn't the first 0bama has told an outright lie, it's just the first time it is too blatant to be explained away by a willing and credulous body of reporters. This is absolutely nothing new.

The situation is very simple: they lied, they got away with it, and what are you going to do about it? Red-faced outrage isn't doing anything about it.
