Maybe Im missing something, but wouldnt it be better if Mr. OKeefe just let KS find out tomorrow, instead of giving her (and her henchmen) a heads up today? O'Keefe's M.O. (perhaps could also be called the "Brietbart method") has always been to trickle out information, baiting his targets into making public statements which can be immediately contradicted by the next release.
It's an effective strategy because the two most likely responses both work against the target:
- Address the allegation, which carries the high risk that O'Keefe will contradict you using additional material he's been holding back, or
- Ignore it, which carries the risk of having a steady drip-drip-drip of damning evidence, keeping the controversy alive long enough to do serious damage.

(It's not "immigration reform", it's an "amnesty bill". Take back the language!)

I think it’s an hilarious taunt.
Kind of Sun Tzu as well - make your enemy angry and they’ll make mistakes.
