I wasn’t there but lots of women when they get really pissed are capable of making this stuff up.
It’s not that I think women in general are liars, it’s that the court system now acts like they cannot lie.
Unrelated to criminal charges, I know a guy who got involved w an unstable woman. She called his parents and told them he just called and said he is on his way over to shoot her. Causing his panicked parents to run to his house. She was often seen giggling just before she would run into a room and pretend to be upset.
This stuff happens.
I do too and he's my neighbor. The ex-girlfriend stalked him for over a year, vandalized his car several times, broke into his house and even harrassed him in church. Despite restraining order against her, she continued the harrassment. She even tried to run over a sheriff deputy who responded to my neighbor's call that she had broken into his house...........
Since she worked in the same plant as he did and having been stressed to the point of no return, he walked into work one day back in 1992 and killed her.......After being sentenced to life in prison, his appeals went to the state supreme court and they ordered a retrial, this time demanding the judge accept ALL the evidence against the wacked out woman, including the restraining order AND the attempted running over of the sheriff.
While still found guilty, he was only sentenced to 8 years in prison with credit for the 6 years already served.........
Back around 2005, an hourly worker at my plant went thru a divorce and was granted custody of his young daughter over the wife.
The wife then conspired with the daughter's best girlfriend to have her call the police and claim Andy had molested her. Andy of course was arrested, thrown in jail and arraigned in court where the female judge then accused him of being a monster.
After posting bail, paying attorney's fees and suffering humiliation from the local news reports and ostracization from his neighbors, Andy was ultimately acquitted of the charges after it was revealed the girl lied.
But the harm had already been done since no one ever recovers from such public humiliation. Our plant closed down in December of 2006 and in the summer of 2007 Andy committed suicide........
