MSNBC’s Martin Bashir on Friday closed his show with likely the most disgraceful rant against former Alaska governor Sarah Palin you’ve ever heard.
Besides calling her “America’s resident dunce” and claiming she has a “deceased mind,” Bashir suggested that someone should defecate in her mouth and urinate in her eyes (video follows with transcript and commentary, vulgarity warning): MARTIN BASHIR: It's time now to clear the air. And we end this week in the way it began - with America’s resident dunce, Sarah Palin, scraping the barrel of her long deceased mind, and using her all-time favorite analogy in an attempt to sound intelligent about the national debt.

SARAH PALIN: Our free stuff today is being paid for by taking money from our children, and borrowing from China. When that note comes due - and this isn't racist, so try it. Try it anyway. This isn't racist. But it's going to be like slavery when that note is due.
BASHIR: It’lll be like slavery. Given her well-established reputation as a world class idiot, it's hardly surprising that she should choose to mention slavery in a way that is abominable to anyone who knows anything about its barbaric history. So here's an example.

Bashir can’t handle that his God Obama is dropping like a stone and that Sarah is drawing big crowds for her book signings. He had to throw a hissy fit and this time I think he has stepped over the line. The exemption about slander of a public figure does not include advocating sadistic violence against them.
Meanwhile Sarah is doing what she does best, influencing the culture and working to counter Obama’s socialism.
No one else can do this as well.

Martin should go back to where he came from. The dude appears to be mentally ill.
It took awhile, but I found a way to complain - www.msnbc.com/contact has an online form for reporting a technical problem with their site. I chose “report a malicious user” as the problem I encountered. Which pretty much sums up Mr Bashir - except they misspelled ‘loser’.
Thank you for your efforts and for reporting them back here. Spelling is a skill requiring higher brain functions. Can’t expect that from lib jornolists. ;-)
The funny thing is that more people have heard about this as a result of you posting it on FR than ever would have seen it on PMSNBC.

I think Todd Palin should make an effort (and some one should help him achieve this) to just position himself to be in the same room with this guy, and watch what happens...
And I could safely say that if it was me and someone insulted my wife like that, I would probably be second in line to get a piece of that person, but thats beside the point...I imagine there might not be a lot of talking about this issue...
Bashir is a coward, plain and simple, he would run screaming like the little girl he is when confronted with a good old fashions ass whoopin’...
And lets balance this with a little reality...Andd be honest with your feelings...
If someone had really insulted Michelle Obama in the same context, and said the same thing, would you still feel the same way??? Should Barack Obama, her husband be given the same encouragement to take the person who said these things to the woodshed for a little tune up???
That’s the quandry we live in these days...National civility has pretty much been surviving, if at all, on a thread for the last 5-6 years...And people, some people are just a hair trigger away from exacting a toll upon those that push that persons button(s) at the wrong time...
How do we get ourselves out fo a social rut like this???
Don’t get me wrong, my place in line behind my wife if someone ever made the mistake of insulting her with such a vile act, would only be because she would not just sluf it iff herself, it would be an immediate and totally decimating response, both verbally and physically...
All I would have to do is bail her out...
