Not sure what you mean. Some people waive coverage because they are covered under their spouse’s plan.
I originally thought you couldn’t sign up for Obamacare if insurance was available through your employer. But I guess if you miss the enrollment date that would make the insurance unavailable, and you would technically have to go to Obamacare or pay the fine.

I have to enroll every year and open enrollment time is about up. But, the employer programs get a one year delay. So, those plans wouldn't crumble until next year.
Delay Of Obamacare's Employer Mandate Exacerbates An Already Bad Situation
Last month, the Obama Administration proclaimed itself a friend of American business by announcing a one-year delay, until 2015, of the employer mandate the provision of its signature health reform law that requires businesses with 50 or more full-time employees to provide health insurance.
We have listened to your feedback, Treasury official Mark Mazur said on July 2. And we are taking action.
But in the weeks since, its become increasingly clear that the delay will provide little practical relief for businesses. Obamacare will still force them to pay more for health coverage. The delay simply gives them one more year to react by cutting benefits, trimming hours, or reducing staff.
At the end of July, the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) told a congressional panel that the employer mandate delay only exacerbates questions about the administrations ability to implement and administer (Obamacare) in any type of cost-effective and fair manner.
Small businesses continue to be in an economic holding pattern, noted William Dennis, the director of NFIBs research foundation.
According to a recent Chamber of Commerce survey, 71 percent of small businesses say that Obamacare will make it harder to grow their businesses. Half say that theyll either cut hours or shift to part-time workers to dodge the additional costs the employer mandate will bring.
Government employment data are starting to reflect these survey results. The average workweek for nonsupervisory retail workers dropped to 30.1 hours in June. Thats more than a half-hour less than just six months prior, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Whats worse, the nations most vulnerable workers will bear the brunt of the mandates ill effects, since theyre most likely to hold the kind of jobs companies are cutting.
The law actually gives businesses a powerful incentive to avoid hiring low-income workers in the first place. A company faces a penalty of $3,000 for every worker who gets subsidized health insurance in Obamacares exchanges. But the subsidies are only available to lower-income families.
Why does that matter? As James Capretta, a Senior Fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, explained in testimony before Congress on July 10, a small restaurant chain might find it more attractive to hire a low wage service worker who happens to live in a middle class neighborhood than to hire someone from a lower income area who might be eligible for the health laws premium subsidies.
The White Castle hamburger chain told lawmakers that it is the mounting uncertainty surrounding the health care law that has brought us to a standstill. In the years before Obamacare, White Castle had been opening an average eight new restaurants a year. But in the past two its had no net growth.
White Castle vice president Jamie Richardson also said that, delay or not, the company is considering only hiring part-time workers in the future, because it expects Obamacare will boost its insurance costs by some 35 percent.
The high-end Wegmans grocery store chain revealed in July that it would drop health benefits for its part-time workers. The company had previously extended health coverage to workers who put in as few as 20 hours a week. Next year, those employees will have to buy insurance on their own in one of Obamacares government-run exchanges.
So much for Obamas oft-repeated promise that everyone who liked their coverage would get to keep it under his health reform law.

I just bought and read, Rush Revere, for my 3 year old grandson when he gets older, oh my what a great book.
I loved Tommy and Freedom and Liberty, and how they would “time travel” back and forth.
I do hope people buy this for their children, grandchildren, etc and even for themselves!

I’d bet the trail to who was involved in that website horror show, is so criss-crossed, convoluted and covered-up, by so many organizations and people, that it’ll never be fully-uncovered. On purpose.

I may break down and buy one for my sister-in-law’s grandson (the only relative I know who might be the right age).
I wonder if Rush is planning a series of these books? (”Rush Revere and the Boston Tea Party” “Rush Revere and the Midnight Ride” “Rush Revere and the Battle of Gettysburg”)

If we had a chief law enforcement officer, formerly known as an attorney general, that would explore anything, it could be done.
This is why I think the first thing I would do if I were President would be to find the meanest, smartest, no-nonsense prosecutor I could find to set up a prosecution team to start going after this fraudsters, malfeasors, malcontents, and miscreants, while at the same time drafting executive orders undoing every single presidential order issued in the last five years, starting with the order sealing all of Obama’s personal records.
It will take two administrations to undo the crap that has piled up.

If I were AG, I’d start with greatly expanding the forensic accounting staff and start with one department after the other and clean house, audit everything, and prosecute everyone, red, blue, or purple.

It could be done, but it would take a very specialized staff and huge budget.

You’d need a very trusted ‘core staff’ to get thru all those depts and people and records.

I hope he does; this writing is the best history lesson that I can remember, and since the educational institutions want to ‘re do’ history, this is a must, in my opinion....

I am wondering why Congress can’t take Obamascare and do away with it entirely...they make laws, right? To many millions of America are without insurance and this is a high danger in our County, clearly the dipchit pres doesn’t know what planet he is living on, so couldn’t they completely put it back it in the hands of the insurance companies where we can have a safe America again?
AND what about impeachment? He clearly does not, never had, nor even thinks about our Constitution, a vow he was ‘suppost’ to uphold, isn’t this grounds enough?
