I used to think that way too. But when you honestly think about it, why are you against abortion in the first place? Because you acknowledge that the child is a human and has the same rights everyone else does. Since when does rape automatically disqualify the child of those rights and make it worthy of death? It doesn’t matter how the child is conceived, but it does matter that it is a child and is indeed protected by the right to life. Alfonzo Rachel really opened up my eyes on that.
As to saving the life of a mother; I honestly don’t see any real situation where an abortion is safer than a natural birth or a c-section, but in that rare instance I would allow it, though I don’t really see it being a possible situation. I’m sure that’s how the said person here feels too.
