The House doesn’t have the guts to impeach, so forget it.
And the Senate would never convict anyway.
Of course he needs to be jailed. However, NOTHING will happen to him. A coalition of blacks, Asians, Sodomites, Mexicans and others have elected him and are now attempting to consolidate their control. Once absolute control is established then Americans should get ready for ignorance, poverty, insult, assaults and murder. We have earned them.
The GOP aren’t even pushing that he lied.
Common sense says it is fraud.
I would like to see an impeachment based on fraud.
However, the law does not always follow the rules of common sense logic.
You would find a thousand (lib) lawyers that would argue in court that fraud requires a payment in return for the fraudulent claim.
That since no payment was made at the time of the promise, since one can opt out and pay the penalty, etc., the statement is a simple lie and not fraud.
Maybe an example would be that if I told you that you can go down to your local Ford dealer, he will give you a new truck on my tab. You go and find out it is a lie. Is it fraud? Only if you gave me a dollar on the spot for my information.
Otherwise, the joke is on you for being dumb.
I think impeachment over Bengazi or financial deals done for his pals might be better grounds.
I like Bengazi best because I am convinced that there is some very very nasty secret there, otherwise there would be no reason for the lies as to the cause, the hiding and restrictions on those who were there, the firing of generals who wanted to send aid, etc.
Bengazi is probably the most rotten of all the events of recent years.
I don’t think he will. He is locked into the communist style solidarity that the current communist controlled democrat party requires. Look at how the dedicated American communists (barf) turned from being anti-Hitler to pro-hitler, after the Hitler-Stalin non-aggression pact was signed in 1939. Some Trotskyite communists left the party, but those who considered them as true communists, whose alleigence was to the Soviet Union, not the USA, switched to the new communist position without a murmer. Read Paul Kengors’ book “The Dupes.”

The American people know he lied, because his lies are affecting them directly. He has no defense, so we've got to be careful not to give him an easy exit. Just let the people feel his lies, hold back a little, and watch the show.

To impeach him, there will have to be some event so vile, so contrary to the morality of the great majority whether lib or conservative, that support for him is unsustainable.

I believe there is such a line in Bengazi or there would not be the paranoid, hysterical efforts to hide what did happen.
If you read up on Saul Alinski, obomas mentor, you'll know Alinski saw the middle class as the enemy. Yet, oboma "claims" he does what he does to "help" the middle class - another lie.
Look around. The wealthy are raking in the cash. The wealthy donors and obomas buddies are rolling in dough. The welfare base is collecting free handouts like kids trick or treating.
Who's really getting hurt? The middle class. Higher prices, higher taxes, oppressive regulations, and obomacare. They're carrying the entire burden. Eventually, there won't be any middle class left - just like Alinski (and oboma) wanted.

Bengazi, executive orders that specifically violate the Constitution, treason....much better areas to investigate.
Beck, who won't report anything that doesn't have hard facts behind it, said oboma was gun running against international law. He was arming the Al Quata sect of the muslim brotherhood - a declared enemy of the United States.
I hope Beck is right and the truth comes out. 4 Americans died because of a treasonous act, and a lot of politicians in Washington have their hands in it (possibly including Boner on the Republican side - which would explain why he's always getting in the way of the investigation).

If a Fortune 500 company had spent five years advertising that they were going to provide customers with a new system of healthcare coverage that...
- Lowered the premiums for an average family by $2,500/year
- Guaranteed coverage, regardless of preconditions
- That would allow you to keep your doctor
- That you didn’t have to join if you wanted to keep the plan you had
...and then the company rolled out the actual plan, and it had the same impact we’re seeing from what ObamaCare is doing, how long would it have taken Atty Gen Holder to arrest every leader in that company and perp-walk them to jail in front of every TV camera he could summon to the event?

It’s a good case for fraud, for sure, but he has immunity until he’s impeached and convicted. It’ll never happen: The GOPe won’t impeach a half-black man, and the Dems in the Senate would not convict a fellow Dem for any crime, even murder if he committed it on live television. Furthermore, DoJ would never prosecute one of Holder’s People.
This is the most extreme case of “Immunity by virtue of Affirmative Action” I’ve ever seen, and Obastard is playing it to the max.
Impeach or imprison. Either one works for me. Wait till he starts with the new executive orders he planning.
