Mrs. GBC and I have found out that neither one of us can tolerate wheat for different reasons. Been off wheat and other gluten products for three weeks and can already tell a difference. Also eliminating processed foods.

Are you sure it was the gluten and not the calories? People find they feel better when they eat less.

I’ve found if I only eat 100% whole grain wheat, and I don’t eat ANYTHING with added gluten, my body can tolerate a reasonable amount of wheat. It’s the processing more than the foods themselves that are often the problem.
