President Obama wanted to go in himself and fix glitches that have plagued HealthCare.gov since its rollout last month, he told a crowd Friday at the Port of New Orleans, "but," he added, "I don't write code."
The president couldn't ignore altogether lingering dissatisfaction with the botched health insurance exchanges, despite that the crux of the speech was intended to move back on the offensive with other aspects of his second-term agenda - specifically, job growth through investments in infrastructure and increasing U.S. exports.

And Barry's saying well, I went into politics instead of web design or comp sci; but if I HAD gone that route, I'D have had this thing working in a week. My immense talents have simply been applied elsewhere.
Almost certainly not. It’s one of the great natural barriers to narsissists achieving lasting power. They don’t understand the demoralizing effect such statements have. And the troops have to believe in the leader to fight well. The IT folks are on their own in swamp code, and they know it. Personnel departures probably working their way through the system as we speak.
Does he write cursive?
It’s going to be interesting when the truth comes out about him. And it will when he’s no longer useful.
“Does he even know how insulting that comment is to all the people working on the beast?”
I was thinking the same thing...
He only speaks in code.
now that is hilarious!
And I would build a 1-mile high building, but I’m not a construction worker.
And full of wonderful nautical references provided by Billy Ayers.
Maybe it's just beneath him rather than "above his pay grade."
Well then, I think you should take a leave of absence and take some classes. I think a nice program that runs for four years would get the job done. Hurry back when you get your degree, since the folks working on it won't be finished yet and will surely need you to take over.
What’s wrong with this guy?

Daniel 8
23. And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors have reached their full measure, a king of fierce countenance ["az panim" - idiom meaning insolent, brazen], and one who understand riddles ["mavin chidot" - one knowledgeable/experienced in enigmas], shall arise:
24. And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power; and he shall cause awesome destruction, and he shall prosper, and act, and he shall destroy the mighty and the holy people:
25. And through his cunning he shall make deceit prosper under his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and without difficulty shall destroy many; he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken by no human hand:
26. And the vision [mar'eh] of the evenings and the mornings which was told is true; but seal up the vision [hazon - a perceived revelation, prophecy], for it refers to many days hence:
27. And I Daniel fainted, and was sick several days; afterwards I rose and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision [mar'eh], but none understood it:
I was astonished at the vision, but none understood it
astonished: shamem - to be desolated, stunned, appalled, horrified, stupified
vision: mar'eh - from the common verb meaning to see/look: look, appearance; sight, view
but none understood it: v'ayn mevin - but there was no person of understanding, lit. there is/was no maven/mavin
And the look/appearance of this evening [ha-erev] and this morning [ha-boqer] which was told is true; but seal up the vision [hazon - a perceived revelation, prophecy], for it refers to many days hence:
And I Daniel fainted, and was sick several days; afterwards I rose and did the king's business; and I was appalled at the appearance, but there was no expert (maven).
Obama: I'd fix HealthCare.gov myself, "but I don't write code"
Matthew 16:1-3
In order to understand why Red sky at night, sailors delight. Red sky in morning, sailors warning can predict the weather, we must understand more about weather and the colors in the sky.
Usually, weather moves from west to east, blown by the westerly trade winds. This means storm systems generally move in from the West.
The colors we see in the sky are due to the rays of sunlight being split into colors of the spectrum as they pass through the atmosphere and ricochet off the water vapor and particles in the atmosphere. The amounts of water vapor and dust particles in the atmosphere are good indicators of weather conditions. They also determine which colors we will see in the sky.
During sunrise and sunset the sun is low in the sky, and it transmits light through the thickest part of the atmosphere. A red sky suggests an atmosphere loaded with dust and moisture particles. We see the red, because red wavelengths (the longest in the color spectrum) are breaking through the atmosphere. The shorter wavelengths, such as blue, are scattered and broken up.
Red sky at night, sailors delight.
When we see a red sky at night, this means that the setting sun is sending its light through a high concentration of dust particles. This usually indicates high pressure and stable air coming in from the west. Basically good weather will follow.
Red sky in morning, sailors warning.
A red sunrise reflects the dust particles of a system that has just passed from the west. This indicates that a storm system may be moving to the east. If the morning sky is a deep fiery red, it means a high water content in the atmosphere. So, rain is on its way.
