Or, just don’t do facebook at all then nobody at work can judge you.

Agree. Whether the school was justified in her termination depends on what was in her contract. Why people display such exhibitionism in public ( yes Facebook is public) is really beyond my understanding. Perhaps it’s symptomatic of the narcissism of many people these days.

I wonder what her young daughters think of this photo of mom?

In this case, it is apparently just one of their family vacation photos. Husbands can touch their wives, after all — nothing particularly immoral about it.
