Who, or what, is behind the purge of top-level U.S. military officers during the Obama administration, with estimates of the number of senior officers fired during the last five years edging toward 200?
According to Retired Army Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, formerly the deputy commanding general of the Pacific Command, who has served as a Fox News senior military analyst , a good part of the blame belongs to Obamas close adviser, Valerie Jarrett. Rampant political correctness due to her influence, Vallely tells WND, is now permeating the military and negatively affecting everyone from top generals to the ranks of the enlisted.
[snip] Jarrett, a Chicago lawyer with far-left roots, is one of Obamas closest advisers, and has been throughout his career, well before his presidential campaign and Oval Office occupancy. She has shadowed his career, largely staying out of the limelight, but is today widely recognized as perhaps the single most influential person, aside from wife Michelle, on Barack Obama.
Vallely suggested her influence is forcing senior officers to watch everything military personnel say and do. Officially, the White House calls her a senior adviser with responsibilities for the offices of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs, but insiders agree her influence on the president is unique and powerful.

And debunked on this forum by me and others for those paying attention. I do offer research consulting services for a fee. Contact me.
And he’s been a dedicated poster on other topics as well...
Has anyone done a strategic analysis? If the United States was attacked by China would this purge pattern weaken us more - MUCH more- than if we went to war with Russia? My guess is, 'yes'... Anyone know?
what a total and complete jerk you are, because you say something I am supposed to believe it, exactly when did you disconnect from simple reality.
say something, back it up, opinion or factual evidence, I don’t really think all that many people here are interested in your personal beliefs, unless you label them as such, which, btw, you didn’t. does your consulting service cater to morons, if so, hire yourself and then get a grip.
Would we get the same rate as the government?
For you, a discount. I don’t have a rate for the government as I don’t do any work for them.
Sorry, I know that you are just one of many and you shouldn’t have been the sole target for my derision. Having watched all of this nonsense take on a life of its own over the past few weeks fueled by completely uniformed blogs quoting other completely uninformed blogs pointing back to some story that does not support the premise and then hailed by gangs of Freepers as proof positive of some Stalinistic cleansing is a little too much. It really doesn’t take much effort for a reasonably intelligent person to develop a healthy skepticism about these articles and their claims, but most don’t read the articles anyway, so I suppose that it’s too much to ask.
I’m sure that you probably haven’t been paying attention and so should not be criticized for asking reasonable questions. If you haven’t been paying attention then you have been doing the right thing and the rest of us should follow suit.
What else do you expect, when we have elected a Communist traitor mole not once, but twice? I mean, is this a surprise? Hello?
Martin Bormann.
Doing that tonight. Results forthcoming.
We were looking for pre-1914, but Bormann is a good candidate.
Okay, Folks, here’s a few observations:
We start with 197 relieved officers.
The 157 USAF majors were the result of a RIF (Reduction-in-Force); it was a personnel action that most likely had nothing to do with an ideological purge.
CAPT Litchfield, USS Essex, was relieved for cause for endangering his ship and the lives of his crew, when Essex collided with another vessel at sea.
RADM Gaouette had nothing to do with Benghazi. Gaouette wasnt even in theater when it happened, and the Stennis Battle Group was in the Pacific. The Gaouette relief is not connected.
GEN Ham also has questions regarding his relief from USAFRICOM. Theres been debunking there too; I just dont have the proper links to prove or disprove yet.
That reduces the total number of legitimate questionable actions to 37. But of those 37, we have the following:
Most of the reliefs were Navy, specifically in command positions, especially ships at sea. The ships involved were home-ported either 6th Fleet, or 7th Fleet - based coincidentally in FEMA Regions 3 and 9. The Marines that were relieved also followed this pattern as well.
Now, the purge of commanders in 2012 and in 2013 show a shift in focus. The 2012 reliefs were all unit commanders, either at ship/brigade level. The 2013 reliefs raised up to installation or major command levels.
This shift of focus could be the result of a purge (”It’s payback time”, declared Night Stalker). Flag-rank officers, particularly among the missile command structure, being let go is significant of such a purge.

What's FEMA regions 3 and 9? Also, any of our nuclear subs involved? Just curious... here's hoping Obama's just on a power trip. Always good to check for patterns though.. Thanks Sarge. Nice of you to do this...
FEMA Region 3 is the mid-Atlantic states (DelMarVa, WV, and PA). Basically, the National Capitol Region. The FEMA HQ is in Philly.
FEMA Region 9 is CA, NV, and AZ, headquartered in Oakland, CA.
Recall recently, there was a lot of tinfoiler chatter about FEMA Region 3 going hot.

Interesting ... Thanks again Sarge - you're a comfort when hard facts are what matters... If you sense something like an expanding pattern let me know. Thanks for sharing.
Out of my ken, (I’m an aussie) but thanks for the ping.
Jarrett is evil.
There were only a handful of episodes made. It was like an early X-Files.
I know...I watched late at night on a uhf chanel in reruns when they canceled the show...remember back when there were three network channels and maybe a local channel?
Then there were the uhf channels that sometimes...late at night...could be picked up all snowy and garbled.
>> There is no purge, except in the minds of the conspiracy crowd. The numbers are no different than any other time in the recent past. <<
I call BS. Prove it with facts. I don’t get online much anymore. You list past sackings with what’s going on now.
I’ll check in from time to time to see if you can back up your claims. I don’t think you can.
