2012 results next to 2103 results thus far:

1. Fairfax County — 1,081,726 R39 O59 C37 M57
2. Virginia Beach city — 437,994 R50 O47 C49 M44
3. Prince William County — 402,002 R41 O57 C44 M51
4. Chesterfield County — 316,236 R53 O45 C49 M41
5. Loudoun County — 312,311 R47 O51 C45 M49
6. Henrico County — 306,935 R43 O55 C37 M52
7. Norfolk city — 242,803 R26 O72 C17 M77
8. Chesapeake city — 222,209 R48 O49 C49 M44
9. Arlington County — 207,627 R29 O69 C23 M69

It does seem that dems are underperforming more than republicans

If you are looking for good news based on 2012 comparison

McAuliffe is dramatically underperforming Obama in the five largest Virginia Counties.

Both candidates are underperforming— because of Sarvis.

But it does appear that Sarvis has damaged McAuliffe more than Cuccinelli.
